- Identify training needs and formulate winning strategies for Education across Travel Retail APAC and SEA markets to support their business needs and objectives.
- Direct and facilitate the educators on planning and implementation of training strategies that inspire and motivate our beauty advisors to drive sellout.
- Develop TR & SEA specific retail excellence with client centric approach in all education programs and activities are executed in line with MAKE UP FOR EVER’s standards & values.
- Collaborate with and influence International Edu team on market needs to design education materials.
