Regional Engineering Lead Asia

JOB OBJECTIVE The Country Engineering Lead provides transversal leadership, coordination, and support across all Business Unit engineering teams in the Country. The role’s objective is to drive harmonization, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing for engineering methods and tools in alignment with Group standards, facilitate identification and realization of synergies, and animate an engaged cross-domain engineering community. The Lead supports each Business Unit in developing their maturity in a tailored, pragmatic way, and acts as a reference for training, coaching, and transformation to elevate operational performance, customer satisfaction, and collective efficiency.
