Regional Export Distribution Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Export Distribution Manager to drive B2B export sales across the APAC region (excluding Singapore). You will be responsible for developing new distributors, managing key accounts (KAs), and leading market entry from 0 to 1, primarily for our massage chairs, ergonomic/gaming chairs, and related smart hardware or consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and KA partners across APAC markets
• Lead 0-to-1 market entry in untapped countries, including market research, partner selection, and go-to-market planning
• Build and execute export sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Manage end-to-end export processes: pricing, negotiation, order processing, logistics coordination, and after-sales support
