Job Summary:

Upstate Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Resident Financial Liaison to join our team in the Albany area, traveling between 2 facilities. As a key member of our financial services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and responsible parties regarding financial matters during a resident's stay in our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, responsible parties, and the facility regarding financial and billing matters.
