Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for driving P/L for west zone, strategic planning, market expansion and channel
management
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Sourcing and closure of Deals for construction finance proposals
• Performing functions for business development of Construction Finance lending business to Real
Estate Developers across West zone
• Developing relationships with real estate developers and offer products catering to their
requirements
• Liaise with connectors/IPCs and local Retail team to source and then structure deals
• Liaise between the HO team/ internal stakeholders for ensuring smooth closure of the
transaction with the targeted timelines
• Ensuring Business Plan Achievement, Key Account Development, Account Receivable (AR) Control
