1. Strategic Leadership & Franchise Management

• Partner closely with the Regional Head of CIBC and FS to shape and execute regional strategy, including client coverage, portfolio returns and profitability, sector strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Act as a delegate in senior management forums, representing the function and driving alignment across the franchise.
• Lead the overall business management agenda, ensuring disciplined execution and delivery of strategic priorities.
• Oversee the CIBC and FS Segments function, spanning:
• Corporate & Public Sector Coverage
• Financing Solutions
• Digital initiatives
• Transformation programmes
• Drive client franchise development, including profitability, wallet capture, cross-sell, and deepening of strategic relationships.
