Regional Head - Cybersecurity Business (Central Region)

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve aggressive sales targets and market penetration.
Identify and secure high-value partnerships and enterprise-level accounts across key verticals (Finance, Telecom, Public Sector, etc.).
Drive the adoption of our managed security services, including SOC operations, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks.
Oversee regional budgets, resource allocation, and team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and executive-level networking events to promote our cybersecurity roadmap.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Development within the ICT/Cybersecurity sector, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
