Our Client, a leading Private Wealth Management firm, is hiring for the Private Banking Leadership Roles- Private Wealth - (North) About the Role Playing Captain Role - The leader will manage an individual business target along with the Team Target. Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module. Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates. Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite. Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion. Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and deeper wallet share. Mentor and drive high-performing wealth management teams. Qualifications Professionals from Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services backgrounds.
