Regional HR Specialist, Europe - People Support Hub

Wärtsilä Corporation is looking for a Regional HR Specialist to join their People Support Hub in Finland. In this role, you will support managers in onboarding newcomers and be the first level of support for employees and managers with HR queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and fluency in English and Finnish. You will collaborate with different HR teams and contribute to the improvement of global HR processes.
