Mission of the role
Drive Smilics' sustainable growth through the effective adoption of technological solutions, customer retention, and the generation of cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within the B2B environment. This role combines a strong client relationship focus with commercial and technical capabilities, aiming to align customer needs with Smilics’ value proposition.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full client lifecycle from first sale through onboarding, ongoing support, renewal, and loyalty.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts through contract expansion, consultative selling, and cross/up‑selling in coordination with the sales team.
- Promote advanced product usage and ensure clients derive maximum value from the solution.
- Coordinate with support, product, operations, and quality teams to resolve issues impacting client satisfaction.
