Regional Manager, Asia Pacific

About the Role

The Regional Manager, Asia Pacific will be responsible for leading the company’s sales growth and market expansion across the region for construction and mining machinery. Based in Singapore, the role will manage and develop sales teams across Asia Pacific, strengthen dealer and customer relationships, and drive revenue performance across key markets.

In addition to regional sales leadership, the role will also lead the aftersales service and parts sales teams, with a focus on growing service revenue, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and long-term equipment support. This is a senior commercial leadership role requiring strong business acumen, hands-on regional market experience, and extensive travel across Asia Pacific.
