**A Regional Managers is responsible for:**

+ Growing revenue and EBIDTA within assigned region by establishing well formulated strategies
+ Ensuring branches are operating smoothly, properly staffed and have appropriate return on revenue
+ Ensuring employees are properly trained
+ Managing employees on day-to-day basis
+ Recruiting talent for branches
+ Client retention and generating new business opportunities with affiliate partners and outside leads
+ Managing/Increasing Capture Rate
