Regional Manager Finance Business Partner

Role Summary:

As a member of the Global Finance Business Partner team, the position collaborates closely with regional and site finance and operational leadership teams to drive key initiatives and support the company in achieving its goals and maximizing returns on investment.

The Business Partner will utilize data as a strategic asset to providing decision support, accurate planning and forecasting, and analysis of operational productivity and efficiency. Further, this position will ensure accuracy and completeness in income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statement planning and forecasting, as well as timely variance analysis.

The position reports directly into the Director Finance Business Partner of the Seal Business Unit and matrix into the Director General Manager Operations APAC.
