Job Summary: The Regional Manager, Technology leads regional technology vendor performance and partners with franchise owners and regional leadership to align technology with business needs. The role drives issue resolution, identifies growth opportunities through technology, and represents regional priorities to central teams to support effective delivery across local markets.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with local and regional technology vendors, acting as a key point of contact for franchise owners and internal teams.
• Track vendor performance against contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), holding vendors accountable for quality and delivery commitments.
