Our Regional Managers provide support to our Engineers, Senior Engineers, and our Technical Team. They are a vital resource to ensure HSB Engineering continues to provide its industry leading levels of service to our customers.
Job Purpose
As a Regional Manager you will lead a team of Engineering Surveyors within a designated geographical area, providing motivational leadership and guidance to deliver high quality services that exceed customer expectations. Our Engineers provide inspections services to customers on site. These inspections ensure we support our customers obligations around regulatory compliance and help keep their staff and customers safe. As a Regional Manager you will work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure the effective delivery of contracts, meeting all service level agreements, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
