Opportunity Description
The Regional Manager – Service Center Operations will lead the launch, expansion, and operational management of PakWheels Service Centers in Karachi and surrounding regions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, retail sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business expansion while ensuring successful project execution and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, launch, and expansion of Service Centers across Karachi and assigned territories.
- Act as the project owner by coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of Service Center teams.
- Develop and manage supply chain operations, including vendor and supplier relationships.
