Regional Manager -Visayas & Mindanao

Role Summary

The Regional Manager is responsible for the full operational and commercial performance of the Prosthetics & Orthotics business across Visayas & Mindanao. This role functions as the end‑to‑end regional business owner, managing sales execution, patient coordination, aftersales service, and branch/clinic operations through direct supervision of all regional functional teams based in Cebu.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales & Revenue Management (D2C & B2B)

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue and device delivery targets
• Manage Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to drive customer acquisition
• Execute regional sales strategies and ensure conversion from leads to final delivery
• Expand B2B partnerships within the region

Patient Operations & Service Execution
