Regional Operations Leader

Mukuru is seeking a driven and hands-on Regional Supervisor in South Africa, Wes-Kaap to lead and optimise field operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Your responsibilities will include supervising field agents, monitoring service delivery standards, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance and quality customer experience. A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years’ experience are required.
