The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is dedicated to creating, in partnership with others, innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to participate fully and meaningfully in, and contribute to, their communities as valued members. DDS is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader for the role of*Regional Operations Manager (ROM)*to plan, develop, and manage the administrative and budgetary systems needed to support a comprehensive network of community-based DDS services within the Southeast Region. The 2026 Regional budget orchestrated by the ROM was approximately $925M across all accounts and object classes.
