Regional Operations Manager

Job Profile:

• To accomplish the Western Region operational activity, and escalate when necessary to Management.
• To ensure the appropriate staffing in the Operations Team and to drive future-oriented workforce planning, in line with productivity targets
• To effectively manage and be overall accountable for the performance of the operations teams.
• To ensure the implementation of operational Standards & Guidelines .
• To monitor operational performance of designated Branch Operations.
