Responsible for managing & growing assigned regional account portfolio based across multiple countries in APAC. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, consolidation, premium product and services sales, P&L Management, business reviews, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.
