Regional Retail Operations and Performance Intern

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:
The Retail Operations & Performance Intern will support the Senior Retail Operations & Performance Manager in overseeing and optimizing retail performance across all Direct Stores in the APAC and Travel Retail markets. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives to drive retail excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Performance Tracking Retrieve, compile, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly retail performance reports across all regional markets. Monitor key KPIs such as Sell-Thru performance, Category trends, FTE productivity using BI dashboards. Identify performance gaps and propose solutions to enhance profitability.
