Opportunity Description
The Head of VAS Sales leads the growth and performance of Value-Added Services (VAS) across the sales network. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall VAS sales strategy, ensuring strong field execution, revenue growth, and cross-channel alignment. The position plays a critical role in expanding product penetration and strengthening commercial impact nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive VAS sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration across channels (POS, Telesales, etc.).
- Monitor regional performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into action plans.
- Drive rollout and adoption of new VAS products and initiatives.
