Role Mission:

The Regional Sales Lead role is responsible for securing profitable work within assigned geographic region by prospecting, building relationships, presenting proposals, and converting opportunities into awarded projects. This role expands Hewitt Young's presence and brand at the local market level.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across the assigned region.
