Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
- Responsible to lead a team of Area Managers, Sales Executives and Showroom‑in‑charges, and to provide guidance, support, direction and motivation for enhancing performance and improving efficiency levels.
- Expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
- Constantly assess competitors activities and recommend suitable measures to counter.
- Design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
- Organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and the company’s sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to all issues concerning dealers, hospitality customers and ensure smooth business transactions.
- Maintain a very high level of working relationship with all the customers, including hospitality customers.
