Regional Sales Manager
Develop strategies to boost sales and develop retail network.
Ensure full compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
Recommend and approve commercial terms including lease rentals, term investments, and visits to key locations and high-priority sites.
Set sales targets for the existing network, lead and motivate the team to achieve those targets.
Ensure touring of sales staff to the sites and submission of inspection reports.
Recommend credit to the sites, track the payment cycle, and ensure timely recoveries.
Identify NFR opportunities on the existing network and develop the facilities.
Monitor and promote high standards of customer service and review the performance of the sales team.
Review patterns of site product off-take and adopt appropriate strategies for rising and downward price trends.
