We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our Technical Solutions sales team across the **Detroit–Pittsburgh–Columbus territory** . This role will focus on strengthening the existing sales culture while driving growth and managing an established book of business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sales leadership, with success in high-value, solution-based (intangible/service) sales, and understands how to align sales and operations to deliver a winning service culture.

This leader will be responsible for developing the existing sales culture, driving new business growth, and managing an established portfolio of accounts.
