Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies for the North Region;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, channels, clients, and stores;
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Xiaomi’s sales in the North Region;
- Implement brand visibility strategies to strengthen Xiaomi’s presence in the North Region;
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Possesses more than 5 years of experience in North Peru regional sales management for a smartphone brand;
- Has strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
- Has a strong understanding of the Northern Peru market;
- Has strong client relationships with various smartphone channels;
