**Regional Sales Manager**

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for achieving the sales target

Achieve annual sales target.

Review sales results monthly with management team.

Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans.

Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on the growth opportunities.

Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel create, win-rate and time to close)

B. Lead the Go-To-Market development of the region including distributors development

Review ongoing sales opportunities.

Visit end-user customers within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets.

Develop a market model map and size of the business opportunities

Develop the Go To Market strategy within the region.
