Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive the Mortgage business across Udaipur and Jodhpur locations. The candidate will be responsible for regional business growth, team management, channel development, and portfolio quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Mortgage (Home Loan / Loan Against Property) business for the assigned region
Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
Develop DSA, Connector, Builder, and Open Market channels
