Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- According to HQ strategic plan and budget, lead the execution of market sales target fulfillment and dealer management ;
- Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships with dealers in the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and retail partners;
- Lead the monitoring of customer journey execution among dealers, including leads, test drive, introduction, contracting and financing;
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation of dealer network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement;
- Lead the development and target fulfillment in Key Account customers;
- Provide timely and insightful analysis report of market and main competitors to adapt strategy and action plan;
- Lead the plan and execution of pop-up exhibitions, including site selection, decoration materials and installation, opening ceremony, leads collection;
