Opportunity Description
To lead and grow assigned region by driving Availability, Visibility and Advocacy , ensuring above‑market growth and 100% execution of agreed commercial initiatives, handling distributors and Territory Managers and implementing sales strategy.
- Manage assigned region ensuring monthly target achievement and delivering planned growth .
- Develop and maintain business relationships with distributors in assigned region to achieve company objectives.
- Lead & manage the team of territory managers to achieve (or exceed) assigned targets.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities are carried out in the region as per the plan.
- Improve & drive pharmacist advocacy and recommendation through RTDs, trainings, and engagement programs.
- Effectively drive trade channels as per defined guidelines to ensure optimal market coverage and sales performance.
