Regional Service Manager

Regional Service Manager – Multi Site – Commercial Maintenance – Gillingham – up to 75k+car

We are one of South East's leading M&E contractors. We are looking for a Regional Service Manager who has experience managing multi-site maintenance contracts.

This role is based at our Gillingham office, with travel to client sites across London, Kent and Essex. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction levels are constantly high, leading to development of the contract to increase responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and governance to the operations managers, who retain day‑to‑day technical responsibility for engineering teams.
• Provide technical M&E support to the teams.
