Regional Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Regional Support Specialist who’s excited to support volunteers, strengthen local Girl Scout communities, and help deliver life-changing leadership experiences for girls across the region.

What You’ll Do:


+ Be the go-to support person for regional volunteers and troop leaders

+ Help recruit, train, support, and recognize volunteer teams across assigned regions

+ Help volunteers confidently lead troops, affinity groups, events, and other Girl Scout experiences

+ Coach volunteers through questions, challenges, and conflict resolution situations

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve volunteer and member experiences
