Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving organizational growth by leading recruitment strategies and shaping a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce requirements. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management while maintaining robust talent pipelines for key positions. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and training them in effective interviewing and evaluation practices.
