Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose Recommend appropriate learning approaches by understanding the learning needs of the employee based on business goals and functional needs. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities o Manage and develop a learning plan for employees/associates after identifying the training needs within the organisation through productivity and skill gap analysis.o Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs by reviewing and testing the content ensuring it is reflective of the actual business environment.o Evaluate effectiveness of the training programs by using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for improvement as well as address employees’ developmental needs.o Design an ecosystem that ensures and promotes a culture of Employee Learning by continuously implementing initiatives that improve the quality of training in accordance with the changing business requirements.o Deve...
