Regional Truck Driver

Responsible for the loading, transportation, delivery, and unloading of products. Major Areas of Responsibility: Operate a commercial tractor and trailer. Transport cargo efficiently. Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, and products. Move and lift heavy items as required. Wrap and unwrap products as necessary. Utilize hydraulic lifts or other equipment. Inspect the vehicle to identify malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs. Maintain the cargo or passenger vehicle in good condition. Service the vehicle with water, fuel, or oil as needed. Conduct safety inspections in a transportation context. Employ weighing or measuring devices during transportation. Verify cargo against shipping documents. Capable of lifting 50 pounds, and performing standing, walking, twisting, and bending tasks. Requirements 1.
