Regional Vice President - Fitness

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years executive-level leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or recurring service-based business

- 3+ years overseeing multi-unit operations generating $20M–$30M+ in revenue

- Experience managing 20+ locations OR equivalent scale (multi-site P&L ownership)

- Strong financial acumen: ability to analyze AUV, margins, EBITDA, and revenue drivers

- Experience optimizing recurring revenue models (fitness, hospitality, membership-based services like Massage Envy, etc.)

- Proven experience recruiting, scaling, and developing high-performing service teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Active nationally recognized PT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
