A leading automotive organization is seeking an experienced Technical & Warranty Manager to oversee regional warranty operations, claims governance, dealer audit activities, and quality improvement initiatives across the aftersales network.

The role will be responsible for developing and optimizing warranty policies, managing warranty risk and compliance, driving dealer performance improvements, and ensuring efficient claim management processes.
