Vivid Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a Local Authority to recruit a Senior Building Control Officer on an initial 3-month temporary contract basis.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to join our busy Building Control team to support the Building Control Manager and work in a pro-active and customer focussed way to ensure the best outcome for the district and its resident.

Please note that this role will be based on site 5 days per week.

Accountabilities

* To ensure enforcement of the Building Regulations and associated legislation, in particular, large projects of a complex nature, under the guidance and direction of the Building Control Manager
