Registered Carehome Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and caring individual to become the temporary Registered Manager at The Lilacs, our Residential Care Home in Exeter.

The role requires a strong and determined individual with the energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and passion to drive our service forward.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing effective leadership, enhancing a person-centred service. You will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a care home with person-centred care approaches and be able to support our staff in their development of these approaches.

As Registered Manager, you will work closely with our service users, their families, and professionals to support the care and support provision of individuals who can present with daily challenges.
