Provide high quality and appropriate medical nutrition therapy to patients and comply with performance standards established by regulatory agencies. Provides leadership, training, development of menus and continuous quality improvement processes for Food and Nutrition Services.

- Establishes and maintains an effective program for patient screening. Accurately calculates protein and calorie requirements.
