Holland Home of Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our amazing team of health care professionals on our beautiful Breton Woods Rehabilitation & Living Centre here in Grand Rapids! Our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities are committed to delivering the highest quality care to the older adults we are honored to serve.

Responsibilities:

• Review physicians' diagnoses and design therapeutic nutritional care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, consulting with physicians as needed.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on diet plans and perform dietary counseling.
• Ensure food service operations comply with nutritional plans.
