Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Supported Living
Location: Birmingham (occasional travel)
Salary: From £45,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri + on-call)
We are recruiting an experienced RMN to provide clinical leadership across Supported Living services for adults with complex needs, including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support to teams
- Lead on risk assessment, safeguarding, and care quality
- Promote recovery-focused and person-centred practice
- Support service compliance with CQC standards
- Work in partnership with MDTs and external stakeholders
Requirements
- NMC Registered RMN
- Supported Living experience (essential)
