Completes assessments and documents patient interactions and general observations, per unit standards, including the need for age and cultural considerations, care management and teaching; makes necessary referrals. Demonstrates advanced level of competency in the area of practice Administers and maintains accurate records related to medications and treatments as per regulatory bodies, policies and procedures.
