An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse Associate to join the Specialist Mental Health Team for Older People in Tameside.
This is a multi-disciplinary team who work in the secondary care community mental health services in Tameside to support older people who are experiencing both functional and organic mental health problems.
Main duties of the job
- To monitor the effects and side effects of Clozapine medication in the community, including regular, planned blood tests, with guidance from relevant professionals, such as the nursing team, consultants and pharmacists.
