**Job Description:**
Full Time, Nights Position in the Cardiac Care Unit at Utah Valley Hospital
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
**Position Details**
**Shift: NIGHT ( 3x12 - 18:00-0600, every other weekend and a holiday rotation schedule)**
**Preferred: Cardiac Care Experience**
**Essential Functions**
+ **Assess:** Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status (including cognitive, communicative, and developmental skills as appropriate).
