**$15k Sign On Bonus offered position ** (new hires)
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period). 4 (10) hour shifts Monday-Friday, 0645 am start time -with a varied day off based on surgery schedule. Position also requires taking some call shifts (nights, weekends and holidays) - call response time is 30 minutes.
