REGISTERED NURSE

Registered Nurse - RN

Locations: Dutchtown, Carondelet, and Forest Park (multiple openings available)

The position is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to clients and their families including assessment and education in coordination with team-based care. Performs care management of patients with complex conditions within the primary care and family practice setting.
