Registered Nurse Position

Responsible for planning and carrying out individualized nursing care based upon accurate assessment and evaluation of the actions performed, according to the treatment plan prescribed by the provider. Provide support and assistance in other departments/sites as needed or directed.

Essential duties and responsibilities include managing patient flow, assessing vital signs, establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients, developing and implementing educational plans, checking for and/or obtaining signed informed consent forms, assisting with routine examinations and procedures, assessing and referring patients for support services, administering medications, assessing patient health status over the telephone, authorizing medication refills, providing support and assistance in other departments/sites, assisting with maintaining all required tracking within the health center system, functioning within the legal and ethical pa...
